Veggie dip as delicious as store-bought but with healthier ingredients!
“Eat your vegetables!” If you’re trying to eat healthy, I’m sure you’ve heard this more than once. While vegetables certainly shouldn’t be the only thing you eat, it is super important to eat a lot of them because they are full of so many nutrients and low in calories.
I’m very guilty of buying fresh vegetables at the grocery store and then finding them weeks later in the back of my fridge. To help prevent this, I buy a lot of frozen vegetables, such as broccoli, asparagus, and brussel sprouts, and I also created a dill dip that makes it easier to eat fresh veggies as a snack or with lunch.
Like most products, store-bought vegetable dip can be full of sugar and all kinds of unrecognizable ingredients. Why not make your own dip at home? This recipe is easy, healthy, and made out of ingredients you most likely already have in your kitchen! Although it’s great with vegetables, it’s also good with pretzels, crackers, or whatever you prefer!
So if you’re like me and need something to help you eat fresh vegetables, you’re looking for a healthier dip for your vegetable tray, or if you just need a new idea to mix up your snack routine, give this recipe a try!
