A sweet and savory dressing for salads, roasted veggies, as a dip, and more.
Hey strangers! It’s been more than SIX MONTHS since I’ve shared anything on the blog. My time and energy has been spent at Core Goods, so sharing recipes hasn’t been at the top of my to-do list.
I have shared a few recipes over on the store’s website, but I definitely want to get back into posting on The Small Town Foodie more often.
I’ve made this maple tahini dressing quite a bit and it’s just as delicious every single time. It has a savory, bitter taste from the tahini, with some flavor added from the olive oil and salt, sweetness from the maple syrup, and acidity from the lemon juice.
You could have this dressing on a salad, buddha bowl, or roasted veggies (like sweet potatoes or beets). You could also eat it as a dip with some pita chips, pretzels, or apple slices. So simple, but so versatile!
